The Spirit
Ki One undergoes fermentation for up to 150 hours (60 hours is the norm) to maximize the spirit's flavor and depth. Custom stills were designed for Ki One to capture Korea's unique taste profile, of Asian spices. Then only the finest 10–15% of the distilled spirit is selected for maturation.

Korean Botanical Gin
JUNG ONE is a premium gin crafted using the premium malt spirit from Ki One as its base. It features carefully selected botanicals such as perilla leaves, baby ginseng, zanthoxylum berries, and pine needles — ingredients commonly found in Korean gardens.
It delivers a refreshing blend of herbal and citrus aromas harmonized with the grainy notes of barley, creating a uniquely vibrant experience from the very first scent.
